Transferring a website to a WordPress account

  Hi,

  We had our WordPress site built by another group but they have moved on and are not supporting us any more. We want to create our won account and subscribe to the Business package but don’t know how to do that. Can anyone help?

  What is the URL of the existing site? If it was built using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, please see here for details on transferring it to WordPress.com instead:

  https://transferto.wordpress.com/
