Transferring a WordPress website to another profile

  I made a charity webpage for someone else. It is on my profile with my email address. I want to give them a password and user name and to use their email address.

  I want them to not be connected with any of my WordPress things.

  How do I transfer this webpage (1 page) to a new profile for them?
