    Hello! I am in need of transferring a site from one domain to another. However, the reason is the old site was hacked and suspended so I cannot access it to do any exporting of the site.

    my questions are

    2. how can I transfer my domain and hosting information to this site?
    1. can I export the hacked site and get just the pages I built in it?

    how can I transfer my domain and hosting information to this site?

    What is the URL of the site now and it’s current host? It will be hard for us to answer without more specifics, but generally speaking you can move your domain (or connect it via settings) to a site you set up here on WordPress.com without any issues.

    can I export the hacked site and get just the pages I built in it?

    Typically the answer is no. You would need to access the site to create an export file (it can’t be initiated on this end) and if the site is compromised for security reasons we’d have to block the import to ensure that nothing is imported onto our platform that will cause issues with the many other sites we host.

    But again, knowing your site URL and a bit more about it’s current status will help us to advise you. Thanks for the additional info!

    The URL I am working with is Drivensponsorships.com. It is currently suspended by the hosting site.

    Hi there,

    I see that drivensponsorships.com is hosted with Go Daddy. Have you reached out to them about the suspension?

    If not, I would recommend getting in touch with Go Daddy regarding the error message currently appearing at drivensponsorships.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi . They would be the only ones that could access your account and potentially assist you in creating an export file of your site content:
