Transferring blog from one account to another.

  I’m attempting to transfer one blog from one account to another and when I mouse over the blog I’m trying to transfer, all it says is leave blog. It won’t give me the option to transfer. Am I missing something?

  Howdy,

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner of the site you are trying to transfer. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes. Though in this case it may be because you have multiple users on the site who are administrators (including the account you are writing from). However, only the actual ownership account can transfer ownership to a new WordPress.com user.
