transferring blog to another owner

  I forgot to log out while creating a second blog.
  I logged out and then created a new log in profile.
  I’m trying to transfer the second blog to the new profile, but it says that it failed.
  How can I get this transfer to happen?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
