Transferring domain

  Hello,

  I am trying to purchase the premium subscription with domain transfer for one year, but am receiving an error that says ‘Cannot transfer in premium domains’ when I press checkout. Could you please explain this and how it can be resolved asap.

  Hi –

  Please let me know which domain is giving the error. It sounds like you may need to set the domain up with mapping instead.

  This is a comprehensive list of the domain extensions that we can register and take on transfer basis.

  The domain is sportsmith.org.uk.

  I believe I have tried mapping it also.

  Let’s try this. Go ahead and add the premium (or desired) plan to your account with out connecting the domain. Once the plan is added click on

  My Sites – Manage – Domains – Add New

  You can connect the domain through mapping there. Write back with more questions.
