Transferring Domain

The transfer of my domain did not complete successfully. It was to be transferred to Shopfy. Says domain is locked and Shopify cannot assist me further. Please advise. Thank you.

On this account I can see there are 2 registered addresses. Those are:

The transfer of your domain to Shopify seems to have worked, they are listed as your domain registrar. The current name servers point to systemdns.com and that’s typically your hosting provider.
What this means is that the domain + site have no connection to WordPress.com. We aren’t able to provide any further help.
Instead, you may have used the open source WordPress software. Help with that version comes form https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
