  According to what I can find the domain thenubluband.com is not registered with WordPress.com, but instead is registered with TUCOWS domains as shown here: https://gwhois.org/thenubluband.com+dns

  We are not able to assist with the transfer of domains held with other providers, but you can reach out to TUCOWS support and they will be able to assist you.
