Transferring domain

  HI, I tried to follow the instructions to transfer my domain but wordpress won’t even let me see my domain.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  It looks like the domain used to be registered with WordPress.com, but it’s no longer registered with us. I also found on the WHOIS record that the domain may be suspended with its current registrar.

  Can you confirm the following, please?

  1. Do you own the domain themword.blog with another registrar?
  2. Can you ensure the domain is active and the transfer lock is removed (this has to be done on your domain registrar’s website, not on our side)?

  Once you’ve confirmed the above, we can help you with the next steps for transferring the domain to WordPress.com.
