Transferring Domain for MapleBrookStudio.net

  Greetings. I’m working with the owner of the MapleBrookStudio.net website. She just purchased a website with WordPress. We tried to transfer the domain but the code we were given was not accepted for the transfer. I’m in communication with the domain company.

  Is it possible to get the IP address, so that we can get the domain pointed at the new site.

  The domain you mention belongs to the WordPress.com username account, optmst1. If you need help with that domain, please log in as the correct account – your account is not even an admin on the site in question.

  To connect a domain to a WordPress.com site before a transfer is started, you need to add a domain mapping upgrade to the site in question, and switch the domain’s name servers to WordPress.com:

  Domain mapping is free with any paid plan.
