Transferring domain from wordpress to squarespace

  Hello, i’m admin for a site http://www.baskervillesgym.co.uk i said I would maintain as a favour but the org now want to move to squarespace. Theyve issued a request for the transfer but it hasnt gone through and they are asking me why. I cant see the mysites domain bit, where do i unlock it and what else do i need to do? thanks

  That domain is not registered with us. You’ll need to take care of all this through the domain’s current registrar.
