Transferring domain name to square space

    I am trying to transfer.my name domain, francispacker.com to squarespace… but i tried to update the email address to send me the confirmation (it should be (email visible only to moderators and staff) and NOT (email visible only to moderators and staff)) and the update to my email wouldn’t register, and thus i did not receive the email confirming my transfer.

    Hi @francispacker, none of the domains on this account are active. It looks like you cancelled francispacker.com — which returns control of the domain to the registrar. It can be quite a while before they release it.

    Would you like us to try to un-cancel it for you?
