Transferring domain to wordpress blog

  Hi, I’m trying to transfer my domain to my new blog (I purchased the domain through a different service). When I go to do so it says I need to pay $13 but when I click to pay I am instructed to pay $99 to join wordpress premium. Is there a way to just pay the $13? Thanks

  You can no longer register or map a domain individually with WordPress.com. Moving forward, domain subscriptions can be purchased as a part of one of our many plans here. This recent domains with plans only update was made as we continue to work diligently to provide the best WordPress.com experience for both users who choose to purchase a plan as well as those who choose the free plan.
