  Hi there
  Just wanting to check that the followers and subscribers from feraljournal.wordpress.com transfer automatically to our new URL and host at feralpoetry.net

  Subscribers are not automatically transferred when you install WordPress on your self-hosted website. The link above details how to transfer subscribers by using the Jetpack plugin.
