Transferring followers from thewayofimprovement.com to currentput.com

I created a support ticket, but I don’t see any way of tracking that. I’m trying to transfer all of my followers from my old thewayofimprovement.com to my new site at currentpub.com, and when I followed the steps outlined on the Jetpack instructions page, I am getting a dropdown that is empty with no options to select a site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ll need to be logged in to WordPress.com as the WordPress.com listed as the owner of https://thewayofimprovement.com which is not the account you’re currently logged in under.

I am the owner of thewayofimprovement.com, and I’ve connected through Jetpack on the new site with that same account.

Yes I am following those instructions verbatim.
The select box for “Select WordPress.com Site” is empty – just a dropdown error.
The page has some console errors as well:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()

Hi there,
To clarify, the issue is that you are not the owner of the site thewayofimprovement.com, but it was created by another admin. From what I can see the site was created in Aug 2015 but you were added as an admin later that year, in November 2015.
Because the site was created by someone else, they are still technically the “owner” of the site, which is why it does not show up under your site list when you tried to follow the steps here: https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/
Are you still in contact with the Admin that initially created thewayofimprovement.com at all? If so please have them transfer ownership of the site to you by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
Once you are the owner of both thewayofimprovement.com and currentpub.com in our system, you will be able to migrate subscribers without issue. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

We believe we have remedied the ownership of thewayofimprovement.com to be in my name/email. Can you confirm that it looks correct on your end, because we still don’t see an option in the dropdown to move the followers to currentpub.com. We connected Jetpack through our currentpub.com self-hosted site through MY wordpress.com account.
