Transferring Hosting

When attempting to go to our website (cbiteam.com) several different error messages pop up. One saying 404 error and another saying “under construction” from Network Solutions. I’ve spoken with NS and they said that WordPress actually hosts our site. I would like to see if you have our hosting IP address or possibly get a copy of our files so we can transfer our hosting to them.

That’s not a site being hosted by WordPress.com. The error message states it’s being hosted by network solutions. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here. Support for your website is provided on the WordPress.ORG support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.
