Transferring my cost to another domain
-
In January 2018 I purchased a domain. I decided to cancel it. Can I use that year’s worth of credit towards another domain for the remainder of this year?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, since the registration on that domain had gone through when you cancelled, it is actually still registered, parked, and paid up through 2019-01-05. I can return that domain name to you and you can use it for the remaining period, but we were not able to get a refund on that domain name after you cancelled it, so we cannot give you credit toward another domain name.
Is this the domain name you are talking about: kristin-cox.com?
-
Yes, that is the domain. Since I cannot get a refund or transfer, please just return the domain kristin-cox.com to me.
Thank you.

Hi there, I have restored the domain and associated subscriptions to the account, which is currently on the deleted site it was originally on. Follow the instructions here to transfer it to another one of your sites on your account.

When I go to Manage Purchases, I have a message which reads: You are no longer a user on Kristin Cox and cannot manage this purchase.

The domain was still connected to your deleted site. I’ve connected it to one of the WordPress.com sites in your account, so you should now be able to access and use it again.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
