Hi there,
If by “speak” you mean on the phone, then I’m sorry but we don’t offer phone support. But we’re happy to help with your questions here.
To move your site from Wix to us, the first thing you need is to create a new free site in your account. I see you’ve already done that: https://mom2momlifestyle.wordpress.com/
Next, you’ll import your content from your current site at Wix. Click on My Sites, top left of the screen, and go to Tools ->Import. You’ll see the Wix importer there, and you can see here how it works:
https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-from-wix/
Last, you’ll move over your domain. That will require a paid plan on our end, so go to Upgrades in the dashboard and buy the plan you want. If you buy an annual plan, the domain transfer is included for free. If you buy a monthly plan, you’ll need to pay extra for the domain transfer.
Once you’ve bought a plan, go to your Wix account, unlock your domain, and request a transfer code. You can find Wix’s instructions how to do this here:
https://support.wix.com/en/article/transferring-your-wix-domain-away-from-wix-2477749
Once you have the transfer code, you’ll then start a domain transfer on our end from Upgrades ->Domains. We have a detailed step-by-step guide on that process here:
https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
Let us know if you run into trouble with any of these steps.
