Transferring my wordpress.com to another user.

I am trying to give ownership to another user so I can use my user for my wordpress.org domain. I have added the other user to the website as admin but i cant delete my own user. Google has has suggested transfering my domain but i dont have the option. can you help

To transfer your WordPress.com site to another username account, please see here:

That will also automatically remove the current owner as an admin from the site.

Second question: do you know how I can now add my self hosted domain to my user as when I try to do this it says something about me having to log out which I did and signed back in but still isn’t allowing me?

Okay. So you have a self-hosted site, and you also want to manage it via your other WordPress.com account?
First, log into the correct WordPress.com account.
Second, log into WP-Admin on the self-hosted site, and install the Jetpack plugin.
Then go to the Jetpack tab in WP-Admin, and follow the steps there to connect.

I’m connected with Jetpack already but it seems my jetpack has connected to an old wordpress.com user? How can I amend this?
