Transferring ownership of upgrades?

  I recently transferred ownership of a blog to a new user. How do I transfer the ownership of the upgrades as well so they can take over the billing?

  I don’t see any upgrades on your account.

  In order to do, this, I’ll need to see the request from the owner of the upgrades with instructions on which owner to transfer them to.
