Transferring plan ownership and Changing plan

  Hello, as the title suggest, I am trying to both transfer plan ownership to another user as well as change our current plan from premium to personal. Any help appreciated!

  Hi genmacevans,

  You are correct that they were transferred to my account, but I’m looking to transfer it from my account to another Admin account. Also, any help with changing from premium to personal would be appreciated!

  Oh I see! Who would you like to transfer the plan to? The first step is for you to transfer the domain to the other account. There is a step by step guide here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Once you’ve done that I can transfer the plan over to the other account. I will need them to agree to take ownership of the plan — they can either login and reply here to confirm or I can contact them by email. Which option would you prefer?

  Also, any help with changing from premium to personal would be appreciated!
