transferring plugin to a new site

    I purchased plugin and need to transfer them to a new site.

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the name of the plugin you are trying to transfer? Did you contact the creator of the plugin directly (they usually provide their own support) to see what they suggest?
