Transferring Stats from a free site to a self hosted site

How do I transfer stats from my free WordPress blog to my new self hosted blog? I was told IT has to do that for me. Is that correct? And if that is correct, how in the heck do I contact them?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes Staff have to do this for you. Of course they need both URLs to do it so post the missing one now and I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

I’m also noticing that quite a bit of my media is missing. Some transferred, some didn’t. Can you help?

No, we really only have the tools to help if it was done via our Guided Transfer system.
You could try doing the import again, it shouldn’t duplicate existing posts.
Also, please do not that it can take up to 24 hours for the whole import to complete.

It’s been more than 24 hours. I have them all on my computer but I was hoping to not have to sort through all that again. Thanks for all of your help!

One more thing: in my subscribe box it is MY e-mail that is showing up instead of being blank. How do I fix that?

That’s only showing up because you’re logged in and it’s auto-filling the form for you. :)
If you view the site logged out, the form will be blank.
