Transferring subscribers from one wordpress blog to another wordpress blog

  Please can you help me to do this?

  I would like to transfer the subscribers from:thatsthatoffmychest.wordpress.com and :thelifeenrichmentblog.wordpress.com to :rebeccalatherton.wordpress.com

  I don’t think its possible to do it on my own.

  There are 24 in total from what I can find out in stats.

  Also, two friends have signed up to follow this blog twice and still don’t receive it. Neither they nor I can figure out why. Troubleshooting as per your site suggestions doesn’t work. It’s not in their junk file and it’s not being blocked. One of them receives another of my blogs but not this one. Is there some issue with it, my site, accepting subscribers as they aren’t even listed as receiving it? I’m confused and frustrated.
