Transferring upgrades to another admin

  The upgrades (domain + custom design) for our website http://www.pressraffles.wordpress.com/www.rafflespress.com are expiring in a few weeks, and I’d like another administrator to renew the upgrades. May I request staff support to transfer the upgrades from my account to the new upgrades, which is redsaffron ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).

  Hi there,

  Sure thing! I just transferred ownership of the site’s upgrades to the user redsaffron. That user will be able to manage and renew the upgrades from now on.

  Please ask that administrator to log in, go to the My Domains page, and click the “Edit” button there to make sure the domain’s contact information is up to date.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :) The new upgrade owner can also contact us directly for any further help with those upgrades.
