Transferring website.

  Hi there, we have a website and we were trying to transfer it to siteground as recommended by WordPress. We’re not sure what went wrong now we can access the contents of the site from the new host and as also from the previous host. We would like to know how to move all the contents across as now we can’t access the previous hosting.
