Transferring wordpress blog into new account

  Hi,

  I’m setting up a new account to manage an existing wordpress page (theboogielife.com) that a developer set up in a company that I’m leaving. He’s happy to help me transfer, but I need to have an account with a hosting plan set up and I’m not sure how to do that.

  Hi David,

  The website at theboogielife.com is hosted on WordPress.com under our Business Plan and belongs to a different account. Only the account that currently owns that site can transfer it to another account, and they’ll need to contact us via live chat support to do that.

  There is nothing you can, or need to do from your end to get that site transferred over to your account.
