transferring wordpress emails/subscribers to new host

  hello,

  i am wanting to transfer my email and wordpress subscribers from http://unmeasuredscoop.wordpress.com

  to

  http://unmeasuredscoop.com

  I currently have the jetpack plugin for wordpress.org and I have my wordpress.com being redirected to my wordpress.org site.
