Trapped in WordPress Purgatroy

  I am extremely confused as I cannot access the backend of my website. My account is broken. I log in and it shows that I have no domains. I then try to go to my dashboard and it doesn’t work. I get the “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection” message and it has a button to go to the wp-admin page, which I click, and it has me login again. But it doesn’t allow me to login there, even though my credentials are correct. So I’m trapped in an endless loop of not being able to access my dashboard or backend of my website, even though I should be able to login. My domain is downtown500.com.

  Hi there!

  It looks like you transferred the domain to another registrar, which resulted in the issue you were facing with the Jetpack connection. I’ve fixed the connection, and your site can now be seen at 500down.wpcomstaging.com (you’ll need to log in, as the site’s privacy is set to private).
