  I’m not a current member. I had a travel blog about 15 years ago. Can I find it now to get photos and notes?

  Because of this, there is no real history of any past sites you may have had, as no sites have been associated with this account in the past.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
