Trial 2 week Premium account billed – then canceled without refund by mistake

  Hi.
  I made a wordpress account 2 weeks ago and I wanted to try out the Premium feature.
  I found it too difficult and I abandoned and forgot about it.
  I received an e-mail yesterday saying that it will be renewed today, 8 March, but I only saw it today.
  I accidentally canceled the upgrade without asking for a refund.
  Can I still get one?
