  I am a Godaddy customer and I would like to use word press but I do not know if it will meet my needs. I have a template and will like to see how it”ll look prior to making the switch. Is there anything aside from the free version that I can test for a week to analyze if you are a good fit? Thanks

  Thanks for getting in touch. I think the first thing to sort out is which version of WordPress you’re looking to use.

  There are 2 different versions.

  1. The open source, WordPress software, known as WordPress.org
  2. The managed environment of WordPress.com

  There are pros and cons to each, depending on your project and experience level. Take a look at this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Additionally, here are the “getting started” materials for each. It’d be a good idea to review those as well.
