Tried paying /upgrading for my site three times.

Domain/blog needed upgrade in August, Credit card on file was older, and expired. Never got email unitl September, retried a new credit card. Nothing changed, and would’nt let me upgrade. Added another card today, upgraded it, but nothing is showing up.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.
