  What site do you need help with? I see only one site in your account, https://beatlebeatcom.wordpress.com/, and that site hasn’t been updated since 2016.

  I also don’t know what Neve is. If it’s a theme, it is not a theme that we offer on WordPress.com, which means you’re speaking of a site using the open source version of WordPress found on WordPress.org.

  In that case, please contact support for that theme directly for help.
