Tried to move wordpress to different folder

    When I originally installed wordpress, I just wanted it as a blog on my website. Now I have decided to have all my website through wordpress so I tried to move the wordpress folders from their original installation location (www.drawnbyrhiannon.co.uk/Blog) to the homepage (www.drawnbyrhiannon.co.uk). I moved the folders and changed the address on the settings page to redirect to drawnbyrhiannon.co.uk but now it just says ‘not found’ and I can’t get on to my admin page either as that is also saying ‘not found’. Can anyone help?? If I could just get on to my admin page and change the redirect bit back to /Blog it would be fine but I can’t get to it! Help!
