Tried to switch from WordPress Premium .com to .org. Did work at first….

  I deleted Premium so I could use wordpress.org and have it hosted through HostGator.com. Last night it was working and I made alot of progress. This morning my Dashboard reverted to my Premium dashboard and all the new progress was gone. It reverted back to Premium, but it says I Cancelled the package. Very confused. Maybe I just need to wait? I haven’t gotten the $ refund yet.

  Hi there, I can see that the refund went through, and it looks like you’ve pointed your domain name servers to Hostgator.

  Could you please try clearing your browser cache and/or using a different browser than the one you normally use and let me know how it goes?

  Also be sure that you’re logging into your dashboard using this address:

  http://jacquelynelainephotography.com/wp-admin/

  I cleared the cache in Firefox and it still pulls up the premium dashboard.
  But…
  when I use Safari it brings up the correct dashboard!
  So that is good, I will just have to use Safari.

  Sounds like the cache in Firefox may be “sticking” – it should eventually clear itself out and show the right dashboard.

  If it doesn’t and you’d like to troubleshoot further, just let me know!
