Trouble accessing my other wordpress account

    Hi, I have trouble accessing another free WordPress account. I have forgotten the password and I no longer have access to the email registered to the account. I have also tried the ‘Assisted account recovery’ but all proof of account ownership are linked to email/phone number, which I don’t have access to anymore. I may have activated the two-factor authentication but using my previous number which I am no longer using. I have tried everything. Would really appreciate your help.
