Trouble accessing our account with WordPress

    We are currently having trouble accessing our URL to log in and make changes/edits to the content on our business website. We have never had problems in past but now it is as if our business page through WordPress does not exist. When we try accessing the link, the whole page is not available. Is there any way to fix the issue?

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/wp-login.php. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
