Trouble accessing website – jetpack not able to connect

    First-time user of wordpress. I get the following message when I access my site through wordpress.com: Your site, Welcome, cannot be accessed. Jetpack wasn’t able to connect to box5736.temp.domains::~turalski. Can you please assist?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @naturalskincaretoday, welcome to WordPress! It looks like you’re using a copy of the free WordPress software rather than our managed hosting service or interface. They’re a bit different:
    https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/#overview-of-options

    Or this may help too:
    https://get.wp.com

    The link you’ve shared no longer seems to have a copy of WordPress on it, at least that I can see. But if it is there, or if you have a new address, first view your WordPress site, then add /wp-admin to the browser bar. That will let you access the controls for your copy of WordPress.

    From there, you can connect it to Jetpack if you’d like to use our interface and tools.
