Trouble Adding Contributors

    Hi there. I’m a blog writer and one of my clients is having trouble adding me as an editor, and we have no idea why. Every time, she gets a ‘The requested user does not exist’ message. I have an account and I have other clients who have been able to give me editor’s access, so I don’t know why this isn’t working. Thanks.
