Trouble adding the HubSpot plugin to WordPress

    Hi All – I’m having trouble adding the HubSpot plugin to my WP site. Not a developer, so I may be out of my depth here.

    I’ve gone to plugins > add new > Contact Form Builder for Word Press > Install Now.
    I then immediately get an error message that states: ‘Installation failed: Could not create directory.’

    What does this mean and how do I address?

    Looks like you’re in the wrong forum. It appears that you’re using the self-hosted version of WordPress and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:
