Trouble connecting

  I am unable to modify my website. It says Please check your primary sites Jetpack connection. if I click on it it takes me to my old domain that I don’t own anymore. How can I fix this?

  What site are you trying to work on?

  The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any WordPress.com sites, and has one self-hosted WordPress site connected here via the Jetpack plugin: http://www.nourish-me-well.com/http//wwwnourish-me-wellcom

  This account has never had any other sites connected to it.
