Trouble finding past receipts

    I manage a shared wordpress account, though I was not the person to set up the account. I recently was automatically charged AUD84.00 to my work credit card for a wordpress renewal. This is all fine as it is required to keep the site active. However, I’m unable to find the receipt for this purchase. There are 3 administrators on the account, so it is possible the receipt went to one of them. Unfortunately, they are no longer active with the company. I’ve looked under my profile> purchases> billing. Unfortunately, there are no visible receipts there. Please let me know how I can address this.

    Can you share the address of the site in question?

    Also, if you have the transaction ID for the payment (which you can locate on your credit card statement), please send us the transaction ID using the account recovery form and we’ll help you log in to the correct account.

    Hi! Thanks for the help.

    I tried filling out the account recovery form. It seems the account is hosted by BlueHost and WordPress.org. At least, according to the account recovery form + my transaction number. That checks out with the details left by the person who setup the webpage. However, I’m still not sure how to find the billing history for this account.

    A WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost is different from a WordPress.com site.

    If you were charged by Bluehost, you’ll want to contact Bluehost support directly so that they can help with getting back into the account.
