Trouble finding who is my webhost for my WordPress site

Hello, I am hoping to get help with a site created in WordPress that I’m no longer able to access/sign in to.
I received a ‘Forbidden 403’ results page when attempting to access this site now. Please assist as soon as possible.
Unfortunately I had a developer help me create and set up this WordPress site and I’m having trouble confirming the email associated with the account I’m referencing to attempt gaining log in access again somehow.
GoDaddy hasn’t been able to confirm where this domain is hosted either so I’m unable to troubleshoot anything. My hands are tied.

Hi there, the site at christiearmstrong.wordpress.com is a free site hosted here at WordPressdotcom and the last entries on that site were from April 2015.
But it sounds like you are referring to a different site. What is that site’s web address? Once we know that we can point you in the right direction for support.
