Trouble formatting theme

    Hi,
    I am having a lot of trouble figuring out how to format the theme I chose for my blog (Sela) I could not figure out the static front page, featured pages, formatting images (though maybe that is just my lack of general computer/image knowledge). I tried switching to several other themes, hoping to start over, but all of my settings and information carried over. I just tried switching to the Dyad theme and thought I was off to a good start, which lasted about 5 minutes. Is there any possible way I can undo all my work and start with a blank slate with Sela or Dyad? No coding, no formats, no pages published to my home screen, etc.? I have already tried googling for help. I did find one site but I eventually ended up just as lost as I was in the beginning.
