Trouble getting connected to the wordpress account I just purchased

Hello! My name is Bekah Barger and I am a first time wordpress user. I just created my site and purchased the 1 year premium package on my phone but now am trying to reach it on my laptop and for some reason it won’t accept my username and password. So i clicked the ‘connect with google’ option, since the email I listed for my site is a gmail account, and it brought me to a profile page with my email address listed however, when i try to access my site i just bought the page I’m on tells me i have no sites yet, and invites me to create one. This is confusing because I have access to my site on my phone but it’s too small a screen to read to complete my checklist and get my site designed and up and running, but when i try to log in on the computer there’s nothing. Please help, I may be technologically challenged but this is really frustrating.

Yes it seems you have created a second account. What is the address of your site? I find it best not to use the “log in with Google” option. You need to be logged in to your original account. Can you log out of this new account and log back in with your correct username and password rather than an email address.
