Trouble getting into and closing down an old website

    I am having trouble getting into an old website that I thought I had taken down, however, it can still be seen when I do a google search. I tried submitting an Account Recovery form with a transaction ID and was denied – the ID # is 13765746 from 08/09/2015. I also believe that I set this account up under an old email address of either: (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Log out from current account and log in again as blackbirdwellnessvt. If you can’t remember the password, just click ‘forgot password’

    This is where the challenge lies. I had to create a new account just so I could get in to communicate with someone, and it would be really amazing if I could talk to a real person over the phone to problem solve all of this.

    I have an old wordpress site that is still visible, that should have been taken down over a decade ago. When clients do a google search, it is still showing up. I do not remember which email address this account was attached to, and everything I try, it is not recognized by WordPress.

    I have tried to fill out the Account Recovery form, and even with that I am denied and cannot get past – so here I am in the forum trying to further problem solve.

    I would appreciate someone reaching out to me via phone so I can talk through with a technician how to get my old site closed down.

    WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support. To get help with a free wordpress.com acoount, there is this forum.

    To find out what emil address is conencted to that account, leave a comment on https://blackbirdwellnessvt.wordpress.com/2014/12/19/last-minute-shoppers/ and check all of your email addressess

    The easiest way is to log out from current jennifera4e98f2482 and log in again with the username blackbirdwellnessv – https://wordpress.com/forums/users/blackbirdwellnessvt/
