trouble getting to admin so I can access dashboard to install theme. James 2.0

  I’m having difficulty getting to admin side? I’m trying to install James 2.0is it a different log in name and password.. I think I have to many log ins.. Can you help me. I can sighn in on wordpress.com. but it doesn’t allow me to get to admin

  You can’t install external themes on a WordPress.com blog anyway.
