  I’m facing trouble while change the title name shown on photo ‘blog’ .
  how can i remove this from my home page ?

  Are you talking about fitnessfettle.com? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
