trouble logging in

I already had an account linked with the word press which shoes it does not exist anymore
so i decided to create another account now it is asking for payment to map my domain or something, what do i do , i am confused kindly tell me what is mapping the domain.The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] help@(email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Are you trying to log in to your site at arisengo.org?
Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted elsewhere. It seems it might be hosted by Big Rock.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.
